Those mini portraits were born out of the pandemic when schools were closed.

I wanted to offer fun and easy kid portraits. It is now the 6th year I’m doing those and opening up to adults too!

What are MICRO mini portraits ?

These portraits are a beautiful -and quick- way to remember this specific stage you’re in. They are modern photographs that you can proudly display at home. They will match any decor as they are minimalistic and timeless. Each session focuses on capturing the simple beauty of each child, from shy to rambunctious.

There are no forced smiles and I work hard to freeze their true personality.

open to everyone from 1 to 99 years old!

I will photograph kiddos but adults too. It means you can come and be photographed with your kid OR you don’t even have to have kids! You can join in the fun too (and bring your small pet!).

On top of solo portraits, I offer “duo shots” too. It means I will photograph 2 people: you and your child, or grandparents, or your aupair, a special aunt, your reliable babysitter… Think of your special person and let’s capture the special bond.

THE WHAT

A 5-minute portrait for big and little people (at least 1 year old),
Solo portrait $50. Duo $65.
Everyone is photographed SOLO first. Then you can add “duo” shots like siblings together or 1 adult-1 kid, 2 adults together…
One digital file in high-resolution. You will receive a gallery with 5 images and you will pick your favorite (with immediate download).
You will also have the choice to purchase high-res images either individually or as a whole gallery. There is a full menu with prints and products.
A classic white background that is modern and lets your people shine.
Cheese-smiles, stiff poses, and dull expressions are strictly forbidden.
You will receive your online gallery with your edited images within 2 weeks.

NITTY GRITTY

Your selected time slot is not booked until payment is made in full.
Sessions will take place on August 21, 22 + September 12, 23. I keep them short and sweet: every 5 minutes to ensure families won't overlap.
First come, first serve.
Payment must be made within 24 hours but ideally, in 1 swoop when you book! After 24 hours, your selected time slot will be canceled.
Sessions are outdoors, at my house, in front of my garage. I live in Hyattsville, MD and all are welcome. The natural light is just perfect (northern light).
1st portrait is $50. Any additional portrait is also $50.
You can book a duo shot as an add-on (you need to purchase solo portraits first) for +$50.

— STEP ONE - BOOK YOUR PORTRAIT(s) - $50

Once the booking opens, you’ll be able to reserve your slot by answering a quick questionnaire + paying for the number of portraits you want. Your date and hour will then be all yours. You only need to book the 1st slot, I will manually add the rest of them if needed. Once you’ve paid, you’ll get a confirmation with your date and time.

— STEP TWO - DOWNLOAD YOUR FILE

After 14 days, you will receive your gallery with your 5 images and a code to download your high-res digital image. You can definitely stop here but *spoiler alert* I will make it really hard on you to pick only 1 image.

You’ll want to visit the online shop for extra goodies like prints, frames, bamboo prints, or the whole set of digitals ($99). But only buy what you love.
