DIY Giant paper stars - Eco-friendly Holiday decoration • Family photographer in MD
If you are looking for a quick and very easy Holiday decor that even my 7 year old can do by herself then giant paper bag stars are for you! It literally takes 1 minute to do one.
I love recipes and crafts you can do with what you already have at home and no complex ingredients!
These stars can be used not only around Christmas but also for ANY party or if you want a cool backdrop. Make pointy or rounded tips, add some extra holes in the middle… Be creative!
Look at the video and follow Garance’s instructions :)
WHAT YOU NEED
7 paper bags
Hot glue gun
Scissors
STEPS
Make a capital letter T with your glue
Place one bag on top of the other
Repeat x5
Cut the tips of the stars diagonally from each side
Make a last capital letter T on top of the stack of bags
Fan them out so the 2 outside bags connect
Et voilà!
I am a documentary family photographer. I love to photograph families at home, the epicenter of family life, where childhood memories are formed. I will capture your story when you are fearlessly you: when you do the things you love to do in the places you love to be. I catch glimpses of your family's personality when you slow down enjoying the simple fact of being together.
I love to document the love (and tears) that goes into family life, or during a sweet reunion, or when you are managing your small business. My style is far from standard posing and cheesy smiles. Instead I capture a feeling, an emotion, a connection. My clients demand something different, something honest and true to real life. Show me what your days are made of.
